We don't use household detergents — they leave a film that attracts dust and can void module warranties. For heavier organic soiling we pair the DI water with Chemitek Drone Solar Cleaning Agent (DSA): a biodegradable, water-based agent certified for solar panels by ÉMI-TÜV Süd, with letters of conformity from Longi, JA Solar, and Runergy. Diluted 1:50, applied above the panel plane, rinsed clean.

We apply it diluted 1:50 in deionized water and rinse clean.

Yes. We use only deionized water and Chemitek DSA — a biodegradable, water-based agent with no solvents, ammonia, chlorine, or bleach, applied at a 1:50 dilution. Runoff won't scorch plants, won't harm pets in the yard, and won't introduce harsh chemistry to the storm-drain system below the array. It's the same reason it carries TÜV certification and module-manufacturer letters of conformity: the chemistry is mild enough for sensitive surfaces but effective on baked-on solar soiling.

Most residential systems benefit from a clean every 6 – 12 months. Commercial and utility arrays in dusty environments (CV, IE, Phoenix metro) typically run on a quarterly cadence. We'll model it for your site in the quote.

Soiling losses commonly run 8 – 20% before a clean. The Recovery Estimator on our homepage gives a range based on panel count, soiling level, and cadence. Expect the gain to show up within 30 – 45 days of monitoring data.

Residential starts at $150 (up to 20 panels), then $7.50 per panel beyond. Commercial and utility are quoted by site and MW. There are no roof-access fees, lift fees, or surprise charges — what you're quoted is what you pay.

A standard residential array (24 – 40 panels) is on/off site in under an hour. A 1 MW commercial roof typically runs 2 – 4 hours. Utility-scale missions are planned in MW-blocks and sequenced around your production schedule.

Yes. All pilots are FAA Part 107 certified and fly under our own internal Standard Operating Procedures and training manual — built on founder Paul Lyman's U.S. Air Force F-15 pilot background and refined for solar work specifically. Every pilot is background-checked, completes in-house qualification flights, and undergoes recurring proficiency checks. We carry general liability and drone-specific aviation coverage. COI is available on request and is provided up-front for all commercial and utility engagements.

We're based in the Coachella Valley and serve every city in it — Palm Springs, Palm Desert, Rancho Mirage, Indian Wells, La Quinta, Indio, Coachella, Cathedral City, Desert Hot Springs, and the surrounding communities. We'll mobilize farther into Southern California for commercial and utility-scale work.

We don't fly in rain, sustained winds above 25 mph, or icing conditions. If we have to reschedule, you're not charged for the missed slot and you keep your place in queue.
